Although we are totally unfamiliar with these beauties, they appear to be an amazing piece of engineering for its day. These appear to date back to before the 1930s, almost 100 years old. Our small bit of research makes us believe this one is from the 1930s.
The black bar is labeled DUPA - Dennert & Pape Altona. We believe this is a German-made device.
We realize these are collectibles and you would like to know if this is complete and in working condition. We wish we knew enough to tell you! But we believe this looks to be well taken care of in spite of it being an almost 100-year-old antique.
