The PC11-697 is an 11 inch flasher with a transparent blue blade with rainbow tape on top and bottom. The ProChip 11 series is the fastest growing flasher series in the Pro-Troll line. The diagonal kicker fin on the back gives this flasher a lot more action particularly at slow speeds than a conventional 11 inch flasher. The electronic EChip adds another big fish catching advantage. The EChip provides "live bait" nerve pulses and the kicker fin on the back provides erratic rotation resulting in a minimum drag when a fish is hooked. The flasher can be run as slow as 1 mph with outstanding action and is easily rigged with long or short leaders on downriggers, drop releases or dipsies. The spin, tail kick and E-Chip are a deadly combination. With every kick, the E-Chip produces tiny electric nerve type pulses. The narrow tapered end is the front. It works best with small lures or hoochies tied 18-20 inches behind the flasher.
