    Description

    For sale is a wonderful early WJ YOUNG Surveyors Compass.  This brass instrument comes in the original case.  Please examine the photos to see exact condition and exactly what pieces and parts are included.  These are very hard to find, especially in the original cases.  This is a must have for any scientific instrument or compass collector.  I believe at one time the compass had a cover which appears now to be missing.  This is also untested so I have no idea if it works or does not.  What a cool piece from the 1800s
